Rose Company – Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
By booking, scheduling, or using any services provided by Rose Company, the client agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth, professional, and high-quality service experience.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a confirmed appointment. All services are subject to confirmation by Rose Company via phone, text, or email.
2. Company Information
Rose Company is a licensed and insured professional cleaning service provider operating in Los Angeles County and surrounding areas.
We specialize exclusively in cleaning services and do not provide handyman, plumbing, electrical, or repair services.
3. Services Provided
We offer the following services:
• Deep Cleaning
• Regular Cleaning
• Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
• Post-Construction Cleaning
• Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
Each service has a defined scope. Any additional tasks must be requested and approved in advance.
4. Booking & Scheduling
• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• A deposit or full prepayment may be required to secure your booking.
• Booking requests are not final until confirmed by Rose Company.
• Service arrival times are estimated windows and may vary due to traffic or previous appointments.
• Operating hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Rose Company reserves the right to adjust scheduling as needed.
5. Estimates & Pricing
• Estimates are based on property size, condition, and service type.
• Pricing may be based on square footage or service type.
• Final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ from those described.
• Heavily soiled areas or additional labor may result in added charges.
If additional work is required, we will attempt to contact the client for approval. If approval cannot be obtained, the team may stop or leave the service, and applicable fees may apply.
6. Payment Terms
Payment or a deposit is required in advance to confirm your appointment.
Accepted payment methods:
• Zelle (no fee)
• Credit/Debit Card (processing fees may apply)
• PayPal (fees apply)
• Venmo (+3%)
• Cash (in person)
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation or refusal of service.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
• Deposits may be forfeited in case of late cancellations.
• Excessive rescheduling may result in loss of deposit and require a new deposit.
If access is not provided within 30 minutes, the appointment may be rescheduled. Repeated no-access situations may result in a $150 fee.
8. Access to Property
The client must ensure:
• Safe and clear access to the property, including parking.
• Availability of essential utilities (water, electricity).
• Pets are secured.
• The property is reasonably prepared for cleaning.
If paid parking or special access is required, fees may be added to the final invoice.
9. Cleaning Preparation
To allow our team to focus on cleaning, clients are encouraged to remove clutter such as clothing, dishes, toys, and personal items.
If excessive clutter or organization is required prior to cleaning, additional charges may apply.
10. Logistics & Operations
• We operate throughout Los Angeles County; delays due to traffic may occur.
• Our team arrives fully equipped with professional tools and products.
• We do not move heavy furniture or appliances.
• Cleaning is performed around items unless otherwise agreed.
11. Scope Limitations
For safety and liability reasons, we do not:
• Move heavy furniture or appliances (over ~35 lbs).
• Handle hazardous materials.
• Clean areas that pose safety risks.
We do not service without prior approval:
• Hoarding conditions.
• Biohazards (blood, waste, bodily fluids).
• Severe mold or hazardous contamination.
Only accessible areas will be cleaned. Blocked areas will not affect pricing.
12. Add-Ons & Additional Services
Additional services must be requested in advance and may include:
• Oven cleaning.
• Refrigerator cleaning.
• Window cleaning (interior/exterior).
• Blinds, baseboards, walls.
• Carpet & upholstery cleaning.
• And other custom services
13. Condition & Results Disclaimer
Cleaning results depend on the condition of the property.
We do not guarantee:
• Complete stain removal.
• Restoration of damaged surfaces.
• Full removal of heavy construction debris without prior assessment.
14. Damages & Liability
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours and include supporting evidence when possible.
Rose Company is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage.
• Improperly installed items.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Undisclosed fragile or valuable items.
15. Satisfaction Policy
If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours.
We may offer a re-service depending on the situation. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case by case.
16. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
• Provide accurate property information.
• Ensure a safe working environment.
• Treat staff respectfully.
• Secure pets.
• Allow full access to the property.
Cleaning and organization are separate services and must be booked accordingly.
17. Right to Refuse or Stop Service
Rose Company reserves the right to refuse or stop service if:
• Conditions are unsafe or hazardous.
• The environment is inappropriate or uncomfortable.
• The job was misrepresented.
Applicable fees may still apply.
18. Pets
Pets must be secured during service.
If a pet poses a risk or prevents service completion, we may stop or reschedule the service, and fees may apply.
19. Equipment & Products
We provide all professional equipment and supplies.
If the client requests the use of their own products or equipment, Rose Company is not responsible for any damage, malfunction, or reduced results.
20. Alarm & Access Systems
Clients must provide correct alarm codes and instructions if applicable.
Rose Company is not responsible for delays, lockouts, or missed services due to access issues.
21. Non-Solicitation of Staff
Clients agree not to hire or solicit Rose Company employees directly without written consent.
22. Privacy Policy
All client information is kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes.
23. Reviews & Feedback
We welcome honest feedback and reviews.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
25. Modifications
Rose Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
